The 178th General Meeting of the 220SMA will be held as follows:
DATE: July 15th, 2023
TIME: 1000 (Virtual Check-In will open at 0930. Memberships must be processed in advance of the meeting - See below.)
PLACE:

WE WILL BE DOING TO A VIRTUAL MEETING.

The Virtual Meeting will be held On-line using the Zoom application .
Virtual Attendance may be by audio and video or audio only.
Detailed instructions will be distributed on the 220SMA Membership Reflector and by Electronic Notice or membership mail in advance.

01 0930 Registration - Conducted On-line by Secretary and Treasurer. Membership Renewal processing is as described on the 220SMA Website (220SMA.org). Members choosing Option 1 must complete their submission no later than midnight July 12, 2023. Members choosing Option 2 must mail their Application and payment to ensure that it is received at the Association address no later than July 10, 2023. Be sure you meet the defined qualifications for on-line renewal and payment.

To check your computer setup in advance (does not apply to telephone-only attendees) you can go to https://zoom.us/test. It is a good idea to do this before the meeting to make sure you have the latest Zoom software and that your microphone and camera are working properly.

>> When you first connect at meeting time you will be briefly placed in a Waiting Room. You will be processed for meeting registration as soon as possible.

>> You are encouraged to have your first name and call sign showing. To edit/change your name label during the meeting, hover your mouse in the upper-right corner above your picture and click on the "..." then select "rename".
